Itzel is the Records Administrator at BNC Tax & Accounting, supporting the firm’s tax preparation workflow by ensuring client documentation is organized, complete, and handled with care. She plays an important role at both the intake stage, helping advisors review incoming documents, and at the final stage, ensuring returns are filed and delivered accurately to clients.

Before joining the firm, Itzel worked in the Food and Fragrances Marketing and Sensory Evaluation field, where she developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail while working across different team environments. These strengths are central to her role today, where accuracy and consistency are essential.

As the firm has grown and processes have evolved, Itzel has been a steady point of continuity, supporting clear workflows and helping ensure that clients experience a smooth dependable process from start to finish.  She approaches her work with a detail-oriented, supportive mindset, allowing clients and tax advisors to move through the process with confidence.

Based in Mexico, Itzel brings a global perspective to her work, supporting the firms international approach. Outside of work, she is deeply family-oriented and creatively inclined, drawing motivation from artistic expression and the belief that growth is an ongoing process of becoming.
